It is reported that members of the Johannesburg Flying Squad followed up on information regarding illegal firearms and ammunition and proceeded to a residential premises in Bassonia. Upon arrival, the members recovered two rifles, a .308 rifle and a .22 rifle, as well as 5,000 rounds of ammunition of various calibres.
