Engineering teams have successfully opened the main valves, and water is now actively being restored and pumped through the entire Southern Aqueduct network. 📍 ALL SECTORS INCLUDED IN SYSTEM RESTORATION: This system-wide recharge applies to every single suburb, housing estate, and informal community connected to the bulk matrix. This includes ALL sectors within the Chatsworth System (Units 1 to 11 inclusive), Central & Inner West Cores, Pinetown South, the Intake Interior, the entire Umlazi Metro Complex (all sections A to Z and AA to CC), and all Southern Water Grid Extensions. ⏳ TIME OF RESTORATION (ETA): Water supply is returning progressively. There is no single blanket time for all properties.
